Hands Across Louisville. Bilal Powell was a UofL football player and was drafted to the New York Jets 4 years ago. On December 5, it was #Cleats for a Cause" weekend in which, any player with the NFL could pick a charity and have special cleats made for that game.  After the game the cleats will be auctioned off and the proceeds come back to the charity.  Bilal Powell picked Hands Across Louisville.  This is a grassroots program to help stamp out gun violence.  Below you will find two li...
